Quality Assurance diploma is the must-have credential for quality professionals in today’s job market. This program covers the knowledge and skills you need to work as a quality professional. It also prepares students to prepare and pass the highly recognized ASQ certifications, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), etc.

Module 1: Quality Management

This course module introduces the student to the principles of management, quality systems and models, quality management tools, process management approaches and customer-focused organizations.

Module 2: Quality Engineering

This course module covers the principles and techniques of quality engineering.

Module 3: Quality Auditing

This course module introduces the fundamental concepts and principles of auditing and how they apply in the workplace. It guides the students through quality management system documentation and implementation based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. 

Module 4: Measurement and Testing Techniques

This course module introduces the fundamental concepts and principles of print reading, inspection, metrology and calibration and how they apply in the workplace. 

Module 5: Six Sigma

This course module covers the principles and methodologies of Six Sigma and prepare the students to get certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. . 

Module 6: Reliability

This course module introduces the fundamental concepts of reliability and how they apply in the workplace.

Module 7: Quality Standards and Tools

This course module covers quality standards and tools for a variety of industries.

Approved as a vocational program under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005

800 Hours 

Canadian students enrolled in this program may be eligible for financial assistance. Financial
assistance can be Second Career, Social Assistance, The Ontario Disability Support Program
